Tokyo has topped the charts again when it comes to expense, this time trumping other world cities as the most pricey for expats.
According to the Wall Street Journal the average monthly rent for a two-bedroom apartment of 80 square meters, defined by human resources consulting firm ECA International, came to US$4,352 in Tokyo in 2010.
