Around 100 lucky tourists from English-speaking countries, as well as China and South Korea, are set to get their holidays paid for by the Japanese government, according to CNBC.
Keen to improve its travel advice to locals, the government is prepared to reimburse visitors who can come up with ideas on what needs to be done to help foreigners get around, book accomodation and eat in Japanese restaurants.
