The multi-colored flags get hoisted tomorrow afternoon January 29 at 3 p.m. for the annual Queer Azaadi March down August Kranti Maidan to Girgaum Chowpatty.
Of note, the lead up to Mumbai's main pride parade this year has been bigger, better and more bold with Azad Bazaar, India's first LGBT pride store, and Queer Azaadi Mumbai (QAM) leading the way.
In the previous three years the event was the main parade. This year the event is a week-long and being held at various locations across town leading up to tomorrow's march.
